“Temporary Foreign Workers” are Part of the Free Trade Package Deal

In the last decade, there has been a steady increase in the number of “temporary foreign workers” who come to work in Canada under free trade agreements.  Between 2005 and 2014, free trade agreement workers have doubled and intra-company transferees have tripled.
